Leadership

Devin Arnold

Athletic Director

Devin Arnold is an Antioch native and Tennessee State University graduate who served as running backs coach at Lipscomb Academy during consecutive state championship seasons under former NFL quarterback Trent Dilfer. He returned to Antioch High School as head coach and athletic director in 2022 and led the Bears to the playoffs for the first time since 2016. Arnold oversees NCP's eight TSSAA sports programs and is responsible for hiring, facilities, scheduling, and program development.

Head Football Coach

Jamie Graham

Jamie Graham is a Vanderbilt dual-sport athlete who has coached at every level — from Hillsboro High School, where he spent over a decade, to UAB, UCLA, and most recently Lipscomb Academy. Graham's teams have won multiple state championships, and he is known throughout Nashville for developing student-athletes who compete at the highest level while preparing for life beyond graduation. His coaching focuses on discipline, accountability, and using football as preparation for whatever comes next.

Facilities

Nashville Collegiate Prep's athletic program is based on a sprawling campus in Southeast Nashville with new facilities that include an artificial turf football and soccer field, a multi-use baseball and softball field, and concessions. The facilities were built specifically to support NCP's founding TSSAA teams.
